Anambra; Congratulatory Message to His Excellency Gov. Willie Obiano.

Congratulatory Message to His Excellency Gov. Willie Obiano.

I sincerely and honestly want to use this medium to congratulate you sir, on your victory in the just concluded governorship election, truly God in His infinite mercy decided to favour you once more and bestow on you the mantle of leadership of this state for another four years.

Dr. Tony Nwoye will always say that power belongs to God and He gives it to whom ever he wishes. Truly its not of him that runneth nor willeth, but of God that showeth mercy, hence we accept our loss and your victory in good faith.

I have reasons for supporting another candidate/party against you/APGA not because of any personal anger or enemity but because there are issues which I and many other Anambrarians are not happy with.

These issues are based on governmental and administrative downfall which characterized your administration in this first four years of which we intended to provide alternatively to ndi Anambra.

Issues on Focus

- Abandoning of road projects within the state
- Abandoning of medical healthcare centers in the state (eg Umueri General Hospital etc)
- Lack of equity in distribution of jobs, government appointments and offices
- High Cost of medical health care services in the state when it ought to be free for atleast pregnant women and children.
- Lack of employment and empowerment for the youths
- Over taxation
- Fall in educational standard of the state etc.

Fortunately or unfortunately, ndi Anambra choose APGA again of which we wish to respect their choice without further contradictions.

Therefore, I wish to state without fear or favour that these issues listed above are not mere political propaganda, but real issues facing ndi Anambra.

Sir, we in Team Tony Nwoye saw in Dr. Tony Nwoye a young man who have the interest of ndi Anambra at heart, a man who feels what an ordinary man feels because he have been part of the people.

I warmly and cheerfully congratulate you on your victory but i will quickly make a little request from you of which I strongly believe it will create a positive impact on your administration and the state at large.

Sir, I humbly request that;
- All roads within the state that received last minute flagoff or awarding should be continued.
- That salaries should continue to be paid to civil servants without delay
- That our healthcare system should be equipped for use by the people.

And finally sir, that the issues of youth empowerment and job creation should genuinely be solved as political appointments without portfolios will surly not solve this issue of empowerment or affect the large populace of youths within the state.

Congratulations your excellency.
Best wishes.
