God Fatherism And it's Effects.......Who is Deceiving Who??
Obiano Gets 1.1bn Donation To Boost Agric ,Youth Empowerment And Security from Engr Arthur Eze on 29th July 2014
The governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, has received a donation of one million dollars to be invested in the State’s security and one billion Naira for the agriculture sector from High Chief Prince Engr Arthur Eze.
The donation is coming barely 48 hours after the Court of Appeal in Enugu upheld the election of Governor Obiano.
After the court judgment, the governor begun to pay courtesy visits to well-meaning people of the state irrespective of party affiliation to support in building a better state.
The donation was made in one of such visits to the political leader of Ukpo community, Prince Arthur Eze.
The governor, who was in company of the deputy governor, Dr. Nkem Okeke, the national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Victor Umeh and other dignitaries, urged the people of the state, both home and in the diaspora, to emulate the gesture and support his administration.
At the home of the political leader of Ukpo in Dunukofia Local Government Area, Governor Obiano told Prince Arthur Eze that his administration’s agenda were hinged on agriculture, oil and gas, trade and commerce, and industrialisation with security as an enabler, which is an indispensable aspect.
He called on him and his people to, regardless of their political leaning, help and support his administration towards building a better state for the future of the children of the state.
In his response, the political leader of Ukpo community commended the effort of the governor and his political will in practically ridding the state of crime and criminality which had enveloped Onitsha and its environs in less than four months in office.
For the national chairman of the APGA, Victor Umeh, it was a commendable stride which would go a long way in transforming the state while believing that the governor will make judicious use of the funds.
Finally he did not seek for any thing in return and he has done free will donation to many federal agents, states, churches, organizations, people among others for economic emancipation.
Today because of his charity donors his enemies have turn it to another thing inorder to incite negative messages to the public because he is supporting Dr Tony Nwoye as an industrious Artivist who always cares for poor masses.
Does it mean Prince Arthur Eze is also a political godfather to Gov Willie Obiano after receiving 1.1 billion naira from him in 2014?
