APGA Crises; Court Declares Oye National Chiarman




The Special Appeal Panel sitting at Enugu delivered judgement on the leadership crisis between Chief Victor Oye and Chief  Martins  Agbaso.

The Panel in an unanimous decision struck out the order of mandamus which recognised Ochudo Agbaso as the National Chairman of APGA.

With this judgement today, Oye remains the National Chairman of APGA.
 
Although information reaching our desk reveals that Agbaso will proceed to Supreme Court to challenge the Appeal Court judgement.
